Many districts are reporting lower results on their 2022-23 APRs and are wondering about how best to explain this reality to their stakeholders. The purpose of this course is to better understand the many factors impacting APR results and to develop talking points for explaining these factors to stakeholders.

Dr. Jennifer Renegar and Dr. Matt Pearce from the Republic School District along with Dr. Matt Goodman from Pattonville Schools provide some context for the many factors affecting APR results, including some MSIP 6 changes in calculations. Dr. Dave Schmitz from the Lebanon School District shares his district's perspective on APR. Nikki Faith, Republic's Communication Director, shares some talking points that they have generated to help their stakeholders better understand the current APR results.
